    Another great show Wolf.

I’ve seen Cara Dillon a few time in concert, bloody brilliant she worth checking out is she crosses the pond.

The Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes series was originally done for ITV in the UK (the commercial tv channel) and not the BBC.

I will pass on the information to my fellow reviewer. Although that show may have been presented in BBC wrapping here in the US before the days of Internets… ;)

I gotta confession. Over here, across the Big Pond, I assumed, wrongly, that the Sherlock Holmes series with Jeremy Brett was a BBC production. I assumed this because I was totally oblivious to what I was seeing at the end of EVERY episode, which presented in Big Bold Letters that the production was the property of Granada Television. Yep. I saw it every single time, and still I completely blanked it out when I wrote my review.

I stand here, guilty, of one of the most 1st grade reporting errors. Not checking my facts. My apologies to the fine folks at Granada Television, who provided years of entertainment to me. Course, on the other side of the coin, Granada didn’t actually become part of ITV until 2004, when Granada Limited merged with Carlton Communications to form ITV plc
