Thanks to Jack Mangan for helping out on this promo. I thought I would have a little fun with all the awards talk that has been happening. So feel free to put it in your show if you want.

I want to wish Bryce Moore a heart felt congratulations on reaching 50 episodes. That is a wonderful achievement. The Suffering from Sanity podcast is a unique show that normally has 8 songs that represent some theme. Always a minimal amount of chit chat always good music. Congrats Bryce!!!!

It is not a big surprise that I am a big fan of Insomnia Radio and all of the local shows. (Yeah that also includes Dread at the Controls although I am not a big reggae fan it is still a good listen.) Now Jason has found a new sucker volunteer for the Chicago show. Kara Balicki has good taste in music she knows what she likes and I am looking forward to hearing more from her – Remember, you get to five – the show is yours… ;)
You can find the new and improved Insomnia Radio Chicago with the other members of the IR Family. (Although I am not one…no really I am not I just play one on the radio.)

I am always looking for positive uplifting shows to listen to and I have found another one. Actually it found me…The Disability 411 podcast by Beth Case is informative but not preachy looks at the things available for Disability Professionals. I have listened to this show it not only has tips for people with disabilities but also has tips for living a happy life and general outlook on life. It is all in how you deal with what life gives you and if you attack it with a smile you will feel better about it.

What are you still doing here… go check it out.

I was sitting at home one evening trying to find music for the next show, I see Rick Stringer hop up on Skype. So we chat. I receive an email asking me to read a part for Variant Frequencies. Of course I told him that a man of my stature was way to busy that I just did not have the time… He just would not stop begging me. (Wait stop. Reverse it!) I jumped on the opportunity to be a part of Variant Frequencies!!! This show if you have not heard (If you haven’t where you been !!) is an award winning podcast that features short stories of a ‘different’ nature. Warning the stories are not for young ears… Use your better judgement. (Not your less than better judgement…) when listening with kids around or at work. The story I was a part of is called Mother Tongue. Go over and enjoy it. Then tell them that you heard about them from me. Tell them how you liked the story. Tell Rick what an awesome job he is doing. He will appreciate it.
